Taking a walk along the archaeological trail, you can find out all about the prehistoric migration area, the anti-Turkish scouting point and the history of local research and findings, dating back to the fourth millennium B.C.
The history of this part of the former German language island in Kočevje is presented through the connection of the natural, archaeological and cultural heritage of the area.
The 3.5 km long route runs from Videm near Brezovica above Predgrad, past the abandoned Kočevarske villages of Prerigelj to the location of the archaeological site at the top of the Spaha. There are ten bilingual explanatory panels along the way.
The trail itself is marked with round marks in white, on which the orange color depicts the reconstruction of the bucket with a tulle handle from the periods 5750 and 4500 BC.
