The Lower Kolpa Valley

This is a circular cycling route that will take you from Kočevje all the way to the Kolpa River, where you will get thoroughly acquainted with all the splendours of the green Kolpa Valley, its dams and mills, the old forge, the mysterious karst spring of Bilpa, the mighty medieval fortress – Kostel Castle, the pillory in Predgrad, the Spaha archaeological site, the Church of St. Nicholas in Videm, the Church of St. Leonard in Mozelj, and other natural and cultural sights.
